About Us

An all volunteer organization raising awareness and helping solve the overpopulation of homeless cats

We need your help! Please identify "cat colonies" or areas of "community cats".  Please refrain from posting such information on public social media sites.  Simply complete our "Contact Us" form.

Our Cat Colony Coordinator will take the information provided and add the colony to our list.

Spay/Neuter Vouchers

If you are in need of low cost spay/neuter vouchers for your cat(s), please stay up to date through out Facebook page Fixin the Coast and our Facebook group.

Vouchers are available when we receive grants!

TRAP/SPAY/NEUTER/RETURN

We are humanely reducing the community cat population one spay/neuter at a time.

Community Cats deserve life.

People are the reason for such a huge growth in homeless cats.  The simple solution is to spay/neuter all pets.

When unfixed cats are allowed to roam free, they find a way to "meet" other unfixed cats and breed. Cats can also become lost or left behind when someone moves. This gives rise to a colony or community of homeless cats, that breed frequently.

The cycle grows stronger each year, making cat colonies larger and larger.   Many sustain life on simple insects; others are provided food by caring individuals.

Our solution is to TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) to reduce the number of cats breeding. We use only humane live traps and return the cats to the original location they were trapped from - after all, that is their home!
